Santiago Montefiore

Santiago Montefiore has a strong background in business development, analysis, and digital business. Santiago started their career as a Digital Business Trainee at Cencosud S.A., where they monitored and analyzed sales, margins, and contributions for assigned categories. Santiago also focused on improving E-commerce KPIs and managing promotions.

Following this experience, Santiago joined Gero as a Business Analyst. In this role, they developed new tools for operations and product, determined target audiences, and defined processes and playbooks to drive exponential growth.

Currently, Santiago is a Business Development Specialist at Stämm Biotech. Their responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with partners worldwide, implementing the company's business plan, and creating customized business proposals and presentations.

Santiago Montefiore received their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, graduating in 2022. Prior to that, they attended Saint Brendan's College from 2006 to 2017, where they completed a bilingual college program. In addition to their formal education, Santiago Montefiore obtained a professional certification in Artificial Intelligence from ITBA Escuela de Innovación in December 2022.
