Will Toms

Will Toms is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Stampli. Prior to this, they were with Topia from July 2019 to September 2021, where they held the title of Vice President - Customer Success, Professional Services and Support. In this role, they were responsible for developing the strategy for company-wide engagement of Topia in managing customer implementation processes and customer relationships, revenue, and profit. Will created an unrelenting focus on the customer in the action the customer takes and drove organizational alignment to optimize the customer experience.

Will has focused on customer and channel value and influence cross-company agreements to deliver the most significant value to our customers. Will has decided where to make investment decisions that are the highest impact on customer value. Will has also partnered with other business leaders and driven accountability through cross-company metrics. Will has facilitated the development of accountability RACI matrix, establishing approaches and implementation to understand customer outcomes and success criteria to understand ROI.

Will has driven the successful execution and growth for all areas of Professional Services and Channel management for Topia. Will has been responsible for oversight of all customer-focused delivery including implementation services, consulting services, and technical services. Will also created reseller and referral programs for third-party consulting firms to provide services for implementation of both Topia and Compass products. Will obtained a 100% target rate for services revenue through the partner network.

Will is currently working on ongoing playbook design and delivery for creating a CS model to scale. Will is also delivering operational best practices including on demand Customer Success dashboards with tracking and reporting data.

Will Toms reports to Eyal Feldman, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jeff Zamczyk - Chief Revenue Officer, Ido Peleg - COO, Israel, and Ifat Lewit - VP, Finance.
