Sakthivel D has been in the workforce since 2013, beginning their career as a Customer Relationship Officer (Sales) at Airtel. In 2015, they moved to Talent Capital Consultancy (TCC) as an Associate. In 2016, they joined Owler as an Associate - Sales OPS/Market Research, where they were responsible for generating leads, organizing and maintaining sales collateral, managing technical tools and platforms, and analyzing the current market status. Sakthivel also created special reports and feeds for company followers and official contact pages. In 2018, Sakthivel moved to Stan Ventures as a Team Lead - Outreach Execution (Link building, SEO) and Senior Outreach & Market Research Analyst (Link building SEO).

Sakthivel D completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Dr.N.G.P. Institution of Technology between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary in Computer Science from St. Micheal's Hr. Sec. School between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Software Testing from IBM in May 2013 and Oracle 10g from Oracle in August 2011.
