Chris Siedlecky has a diverse work experience in the mechanical engineering field. Chris is currently working as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Dradura USA Corp since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Stanadyne LLC from October 2018, where they served as a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on improving tooling design and increasing process capability. Before Stanadyne LLC, Chris worked at ATI Industrial Automation for seven years, starting in February 2011. In this role, they served as a Precision Machine Part Estimator. Their earliest work experience was at SRS Technology, where they worked as a Machine Shop Supervisor from June 2006 to January 2011, primarily in the pharmaceutical market, buying replacement tooling and rebuilding capsule filling machines.

Chris Siedlecky pursued their education at Johnston Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree with a focus on Machining Technology. Chris then went on to attend East Carolina University from 2019 to 2026, ultimately obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Engineering.
