Libby Tillotson

Libby Tillotson, PhD, PCC, is a business owner at Juji Publishing and has held various roles in coaching and leadership development since 2018. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified professional and Pro Coach at Bravely, Libby provides coaching to employees of venture-backed startups and large enterprises, focusing on workplace change, company culture, and leadership training. Currently serving as a Fellow Premier Coach at BetterUp, Libby works with federal organizations and Fortune 100 companies to help clients identify strengths and achieve goals. Additionally, Libby offers pro bono coaching with Stand Beside Them, Inc. to support veterans and their families. Formerly the President of Whidbey Executive Coaching & Consulting and Executive Director at Johns Hopkins University School of Education, Libby has extensive experience in educational program implementation and transformation initiatives. Libby holds a PhD in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
