Sarah Field

Vice President at Stand Together

Sarah Field has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Sarah started their career in 2008 as Deputy Director of State Courts and Capitol Hill at The Federalist Society. Sarah later served as COO and General Counsel at Liberty Central from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the Executive Director at the Center for Shared Services. In 2015, they joined Freedom Partners Shared Services as a Talent Management and Training Consultant before becoming the Director of Talent Development from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as Vice President of Judicial Strategy at Americans for Prosperity. Currently, since 2019, they serve as Vice President of Criminal Justice Reform and recently Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Stand Together.

Sarah Field earned their Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Grove City College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science. In 2007, they participated in the Koch Associate Program, focusing on Overcriminalization Reform, through the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation for one year.
