Zoey Reed

Zoey Reed has a strong background in communications and advocacy. Zoey'smost recent position is as the Managing Director of Communications at Stand Together, beginning in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Communications at the Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools from February 2020 to October 2022. Zoey also held the role of Director of Communications at Collegiate Academies from August 2014 to May 2020. Previously, they were the Executive Director of Communications at the Recovery School District from January 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Communications at Downtown Development from February 2010 to January 2012. Additionally, they served as the VP of External Affairs at Greater New Orleans, Inc. from February 2006 to April 2008. Before that, they held the position of Director of Advocacy at the American Cancer Society from October 2004 to February 2006 and at the American Heart Association from August 2001 to October 2004.

Zoey Reed completed their Bachelor's of Mass Communications degree with a focus on Political Communication and Sociology from Louisiana State University between 1997 and 2001.
