Marc van de Walle is the Global Head of Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank. Marc was previously with Bank of Singapore, Asia's Global Private Bank, where they served as Senior MD and Global Head of Products from January 2009 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were with ING, first as Program Director for Domestic Banking Alignment from January 2008 to December 2008, and then as Executive Board Member and General Manager for Retail & Private Banking in Luxembourg from June 2003 to December 2007. Marc also served as General Manager of online broker One Two Trade from October 1999 to August 2001, and as Commercial Director of Private Banking for ING Belgium from September 2001 to May 2003. Earlier in their career, they were Branch Manager for ING Belgium from September 1993 to September 1999.

Marc van de Walle has a degree in Management engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Marc also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In addition, they have a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. Lastly, they have an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
