Steve Scott

Steve Scott has extensive experience in workforce analytics and financial management, currently serving as the Global Head of People Insight, Analytics and Workforce Management at Standard Chartered Bank since October 2019, leading a team across multiple global locations. Prior to this role, Steve held various leadership positions at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2007 to October 2019, notably leading operational MI and strategic workforce planning initiatives, as well as managing retail finance operations and business intelligence teams. Earlier career roles included corporate banking and business development positions at Barclays and Standard Life UK, alongside an MBA from Bayes Business School.
