Suzanne Hillman

Suzanne Hillman currently serves as Head of Securities Services, Client Service at Standard Chartered Bank, overseeing a team of over 90 staff across 30 locations in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. With a robust background in client relationship management, Suzanne has successfully led key client engagements and delivered impactful business presentations. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of Governance Head for Securities Custody & Clearing at Standard Chartered Bank, managing a large team across multiple regions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Asia Regional Service Manager at JPMorgan Chase and various managerial roles at Bank of America, where responsibilities encompassed client services, business change, reconciliations, operations, and trade finance. Susan is an alumna of Prendergast Grammar School for Girls.
