Joshua Rybak has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager at Standard Electric Supply Co. since September 2018, following roles as a Sales Development Associate and Sales Support Specialist. Prior to this, Joshua worked with the Green Bay Packers from November 2013 to September 2018 as a Packer Pro Shop Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included employee training, customer service management, and document creation. Joshua's career began at APAC as a Customer Service Representative from July 2011 to July 2012. Joshua holds an Associate of Science degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and an Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from NWTC, complemented by studies in General Studies at St. Norbert College.
