Brad Hotchkiss has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Brad currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Standard Iron & Wire Works. Prior to this, they worked at Tennant Company as the Value Stream Manager, leading the Quality and Maintenance teams. Additionally, they served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing assembly operations. Before joining Tennant Company, Brad worked at Landscape Structures as the Engineering/OEM Manager and later as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In their early career, they were the Production Manager at PRI Robotics and the Senior Launch Engineer/Manager at Tenneco Automotive.
Brad Hotchkiss attended Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI, from 1986 to 1990. Brad completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering during this time.
