Devin Gribbons

Devin Gribbons has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, Devin holds the position of Head of People at Standard Metrics, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People Operations at Weights & Biases from 2021 to 2022. In 2019, Devin worked as the Director of People Ops at Canvas Construction, where they focused on enhancing efficiency and quality through the use of robots. Before that, Devin held the same role at Vicarious AI, a company specializing in artificial general intelligence. At Vicarious AI, they also worked as an Operations Manager between 2014 and 2016. Devin's earlier experience includes roles as a Thesis and Research Fellow at the University of Alabama, an Instructor at both the University of Alabama and Auburn University, a Usability Intern at Staples, a Usability Student Assistant at Verizon Labs, and a Student Programmer at Harvard University.

Devin Gribbons completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame between 2004 and 2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing at The University of Alabama.
