John Skallerup

John Skallerup is an experienced plant manager with a career spanning several decades in the animal nutrition industry. Since September 1993, John has been with Standard Nutrition, overseeing production scheduling, inbound scheduling and purchasing, outbound scheduling, inventory control, and record keeping for an FDA-certified mill. Responsibilities also include maintenance scheduling for both the mill and truck fleet, as well as ingredient pricing. Prior to this, John served as the assistant feedlot manager at Foxley Cattle Co from 1985 to 1993 and as a feedlot foreman at Phelps Brothers from 1984 to 1985. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
