Lara Robertson has extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as Second Vice President of Talent Management at The Standard since June 2010, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of Talent Management Services. Before this, Lara held the position of Operations Director for Critigen in the West Region of North America for a brief period in 2010 and was an Operations Director at CH2M HILL, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Additional roles at CH2M HILL included Regional Staff Planning Manager and various human resource positions, contributing to a strong foundation in HR practices. Lara began the career as a Legal Assistant at Crispin & Associates from 1997 to 1999. Educationally, Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Walla Walla University.
