John Fangman

John Fangman has a strong background in thermal spray technology and metallurgical lab operations. John has worked at StandardAero as the Metallurgical Laboratory/ Operation Excellence leader since March 2016. Prior to that, John worked at Byron Products for over six years, where John held various roles within the thermal spray department. Currently, John is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Fort Hays State University, building on their Bachelor's degree in Operations Management with a concentration in Lean Management.
