Mayra Rangel Gewandsznajder is currently working as an Ingénieur en développement de produits at Standing Ovation. Mayra holds a Master Specialisé Ingénierie des Produits à l’interface Cuisine Industrie from AgroParisTech, a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from AgroParisTech, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and completed studies at Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse.
