Justine Palmore

Justine Palmore has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Justine began their career as an Office Manager at NY Courier & Trucking in 1980, where they improved customer service and transitioned the company to a computerized environment. Justine then worked as a Project Coordinator at EnviroClean Northeast, Inc. from 1994 to 1999, where they were responsible for coordinating construction projects and maintaining marketing reports. From 1999 to 2000, they served as an Office/Accounting Manager at Hayes & Associates, participating in policy development and handling financial responsibilities. In 2000, they became the Chief Financial Officer at VHS, Inc., managing staffing and internal operations. Justine then founded J&M Business Solutions in 2003, where they served as CEO, providing personalized financial services to small businesses. Justine also worked as a Business Consultant at Chowbaby during the same period, handling accounting and administrative functions. Most recently, Justine served as the Executive Director at StandUp For Kids - Orange County from 2006 onwards, leading programs to support homeless and at-risk youth.
