Amy Kawabori

Amy Kawabori currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for HR Strategic Services at Stanford University, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Amy spent over 17 years at Mercer as a Senior Principal in Change Management, specializing in corporate transactions and transformations, where responsibilities included developing and executing large-scale change management strategies for clients. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
