Kirsten Moss is the current Assistant Dean of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid at Stanford University. Prior to their current position, Kirsten was a Consultant for the Global Innovations Practice at Egon Zehnder from January 2010 to December 2012. Kirsten has also held the position of Director of MBA Admissions at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from January 2004 to December 2010.

From 1995 to 2001, Kirsten was the Managing Director of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid at Harvard Business School. Prior to their time at Harvard, Kirsten worked as an assistant to the CEO of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA from 1992 to 1994. Kirsten began their career in 1986 as an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan.

Kirsten Moss has a type AB personality and their educational career has been focused in the fields of economics, government, and sociology. Kirsten attended Harvard University for their undergraduate degree and then went on to earn their MBA from Harvard Business School. Currently, they are a Doctor of Psychology candidate at William James College, studying organizational leadership.
