Marguerite Kunze

Marguerite Kunze is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Planning at Stanford University since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Talent Management, Learning and Development at Plantronics, and Owner of MKunze Consulting, LLC. Marguerite has also held significant positions at Kraft Foods, Baxter Healthcare, and Towers Watson, where responsibilities included leading global organizations, designing talent processes, and managing client relationships in talent management and change management. Marguerite holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and additional degrees in Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Elmhurst University.
