Nirit Hazan

Nirit Hazan serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Stanford University's Office of External Relations since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing learning programs, collaborating with senior leaders on organization-wide strategies, and leading initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Additionally, Nirit has a long tenure at Stanford Graduate School of Business as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Advanced Facilitator. Other roles include Executive and Leadership Coach at O Partners, Senior Manager for Growth & Development at Medallia, and Adjunct Professor at USF Law School. Nirit's extensive education includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a BA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
