Casey K. has a diverse work experience in the water industry, starting in 1987 with Harza Engineering as the Head Civil Design Section. In this role, Casey managed project teams and was responsible for major infrastructure projects.

In 1997, Casey joined the City of Highland Park as the Deputy City Engineer, where they oversaw the design of infrastructure improvements and managed engineering work on various projects.

In 1998, Casey moved to Stanley Consultants as a Sr. Civil Engineer, responsible for project management and technical competency of residential land development projects. They supervised project teams and ensured compliance with professional standards and client objectives.

Casey then worked at Earth Tech as a Sr. Program Director, leading a team of engineers and project managers for the implementation of a capital program for the Chicago Department of Water Management.

In 2008, Casey joined URS Corporation as the Sr. Manager - Water/Wastewater. They were responsible for business development, project management, budgeting, and client maintenance.

From 2015 to 2017, Casey served as the Client Solutions Director at Inframark, leading the development of technical solutions for water and wastewater clients across 18 states.

In 2018, Casey joined Horner & Shifrin, Inc. as the Engineering Manager, before returning to Stanley Consultants in 2019 as the Water Market Operations Leader / Principal Engineer. In this role, Casey oversees the national operational footprint for the Water Market sector and is responsible for day-to-day operations and performance measurement.

Casey K. earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1983. In addition, Casey obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1994 and 1996.
