Philip Tunnah

Philip Tunnah has extensive work experience in the field of infrastructure and project management. Philip currently holds the position of Operations Director at Stanley Consultants. Prior to this, they worked at Colorado Springs Utilities, where they served as Chief Officer of Strategic Planning and Projects, overseeing various aspects of infrastructure investment and management. Philip also held the role of General Manager in the Water Services Division at Colorado Springs Utilities.

Before joining Colorado Springs Utilities, Tunnah worked at MWH Global, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President - Business Solutions Group and Business Unit Leader. Philip successfully managed complex water programs and construction projects, delivering them ahead of schedule and under budget.

Philip Tunnah earned a BEng degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds in 1990. Philip later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University, which they completed in 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications including PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2015, Professional Engineer from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in 2004, and Chartered Civil Engineer from the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK in 1994.
