Kevin Flemming

Kevin Flemming is an experienced professional in land acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Stanley Martin Homes since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition at Mid-Atlantic Builders from 2013 to 2023 and served as Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition at Beazer Homes from 2008 to 2013. Kevin’s career also includes leadership positions at K. Hovnanian Homes, Beazer Homes, and Riggs Bank, culminating in a role as Senior Vice President at the bank from 1994 to 2000.
