Andrew Damiani

Andrew Damiani is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations finance and corporate financial planning. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Operations Finance for the Americas at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Andrew oversees the financial performance of 20 manufacturing sites and 17 distribution centers, managing a total annual spend of $4 billion. Previous roles include CFO of Outdoor Products Operations Integration, Director of Corporate FP&A, and Director of Global Business Process Improvements. Andrew's earlier career at Danaher Corporation involved key positions such as Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Andrew is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College with a BS in Accounting and Finance.
