Ben Riggins

Ben Riggins has extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President HR, Brand & Product at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since 2024. Previously, Riggins held various senior HR leadership roles within Stanley Black & Decker, focusing on talent development and organizational effectiveness. Notably, during a tenure at Securitas Group, Riggins played a key role in the integration of STANLEY Security. Earlier experience includes strategic marketing and corporate strategy roles within Stanley Black & Decker, where Riggins managed significant product portfolios and led pivotal projects during leadership transitions. Riggins holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and a minor from the Kelly School of Business, both obtained from Indiana University Bloomington.
