Siva Ramasamy PhD

Siva Ramasamy PhD is the current Vice President of Breakthrough Innovation at Stanley Black & Decker. Siva has also previously worked as the Business Unit Director- Assembly Systems North America Automotive at Stanley Engineered Fastening, as well as at C-Way Electric and Autonomous Vehicle LLC, and Lifestyle Learning. Dr. Ramasamy has a PhD from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Ramasamy has been working in the field of engineering for over 20 years. Their experience includes working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budget restrictions and corporate objectives. Siva has also motivated and provided technical direction and guidance to staff members, as well as being responsible for hiring and managing employees. In addition, they have experience in global software development and successfully implementing software development processes and verification methodologies.

Siva Ramasamy has a Ph.D in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University. Siva also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing & Finance from Oakland University. Their Master's Degree is in Metallurgical Engineering from Bharathidasan University, and their Bachelor's Degree is in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University.
