Yaron Flint

Yaron Flint is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology validation, strategic innovation, and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Global Technology Validation & Sourcing at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since October 2021, Yaron leads a global team focused on identifying and onboarding new technologies. Between 2018 and 2021, Yaron held the position of Director and Head of Israeli operations at Co-Pace, focusing on smart mobility and industry advancements. Yaron has also served in advisory roles for multiple organizations, including Feelit Technologies and Yaak. Previous experiences include strategic advisory roles and management positions with several companies, including MDGO, Delphi, and ZZ Capital International, where responsibilities included sourcing acquisitions and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Yaron holds an MBA from Reichman University and a BA in Economics & Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
