Beata Sokolowska

Beata Sokolowska is an accomplished executive in the field of human resources and leadership, currently serving as the Managing Partner and Global Co-Chair of Diversity at Stanton Chase International since 2008, where responsibilities include executive search, assessment, coaching, and the implementation of mentoring programs. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as Managing Director at Ward Howell Euroselect and Managing Partner at Ward Howell International from 1994 to 2008. Beata Sokolowska holds a Master of Arts (Hons) in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw and has completed post-graduate studies in East West Trade at Central London Polytechnic, alongside additional education at Northwestern University.
