Caroline Lansbury

Caroline Lansbury is the Chief People Officer at Stanton House, a global provider of business leaders with experience in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and transpersonal leadership. Caroline has been with the company since June 2016 and is responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to clients through a regional team. Prior to their current role, Caroline was an Area Manager at AndersElite, where they oversaw the construction and defense sectors. Caroline has over 18 years of experience in the talent management and human resources industry and is a highly respected leader in their field.

Caroline Lansbury attended St Annes Convent School before studying German and Business at Oxford Brookes University, where they achieved a BA. Caroline then went on to study for the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).
