Harish Arya

Harish Arya has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Harish is currently working at Stanza Living as the Lead- Logistics Transformation, where they are responsible for leading key projects related to warehouse and transport optimization, reducing warehouse space by 30%. Prior to this, Harish worked at Reliance Retail as a Manager, leading the supply chain control tower and network planning for 150+ hubs across India. Harish also managed and improved first and last mile service levels, provided data visibility, and monitored operations. Before that, Harish worked at DTDC Express Limited, initially as a Project Manager for ADM Vehicle Capability Enhancement, where they designed projects for capacity enhancement and implemented pickup pricing strategies. Later, they became the Manager and Lead of National Transportation, where they sourced new vendors, negotiated contracts, streamlined processes, and managed vehicle tracking and route planning.

Harish Arya completed their PGDM degree in Operation and Supply Chain Management at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai from 2013 to 2015. Harish also obtained a Benchmark Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in December 2013. In addition, they have certifications in Advance Excel & Modelling and V skill Logistic Certification.
