Brad Young

Brad Young has extensive experience in product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and operations, primarily with Staples since 2007, where responsibilities have included managing Asia manufacturing and sourcing, ensuring global product regulatory compliance, and overseeing private brand products. Prior roles include President at O'Sullivan Industries and Director positions at Leda Home Furnishing Company and Newell Rubbermaid. Brad started their career as a Process/Product Engineer at SAFT and has held various leadership roles in engineering and product development across multiple industries. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
