Jim MacBlane is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Staples since June 2010, Jim leads complex technology infrastructure projects for the enterprise. Prior to Staples, Jim worked at Fidelity Investments from January 1996 to December 2008, where roles included Senior Software Development Manager, overseeing budgets for enterprise applications, and Senior Systems Analyst / Team Leader, creating a compensation reporting system for executive management. Earlier in Jim's career at EDS, an HP Company, responsibilities included serving as an Advanced Systems Engineer and leading a team in the globalization of a product for the wireless industry. Jim holds a BS in Mathematics and Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego, earned between 1986 and 1989.
