Olga Pernerovska

Olga Pernerovska is the Director of People & Culture at Star. Olga has held this position since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the People Operations Manager at Star from September 2016 to October 2020. Olga has also worked as the HR/Recruitment Coordinator for Betsson project at Ciklum from July 2012 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the recruitment pipeline, supporting and organizing branding activities, and providing HR support. Olga also edited the Betsson project monthly newsletter and organized workshops on people management topics for the team. In addition to their work experience, Olga is also skilled in teambuilding and social activities, and providing admin and travel support.

Olga Pernerovska has a Master’s Degree in Linguistics (English, German) from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Olga is certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) and from TTI Success Insights as a DISC Certified professional.

Their manager is Michael Schreibmann, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Stine Jewett - General Manager, Star Space, George Bell - Managing Director, AdTech, and Jakob Biesterfeldt - Managing Director, Star Munich.
