Paul Kotrys BSc MRICS has a diverse work experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Paul began their career as an Estates Manager at Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises, where they were responsible for managing estates. Paul then moved on to Scottish & Newcastle Retail as an Estates Manager before joining Spirit Group/Punch Taverns as a Property Manager. Paul later joined The Orchid Group as a Property Director, where they played a key role in strategic planning and business development. Paul then worked as a Director at James A Baker - Property Consultants before taking on the role of Property Director at bb's bakers + baristas, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of property and development. Paul then worked at Aprirose Real Estate Investment as an Asset Management and Operations professional before joining Heineken UK/Star Pubs & Bars as a Corporate Estates Manager. Paul is currently the Head of Estates at Star Pubs & Bars, overseeing the company's vast portfolio of pubs and bars. With a wealth of experience and expertise in property management and development, Paul has demonstrated their ability to contribute to the growth and success of various businesses in the industry.

Paul Kotrys BSc MRICS began their education at Larbert High School in 1982, where they completed their High School degree in an unspecified field of study. After graduating from high school in 1987, they attended the Glasgow College of Nautical Studies from 1987 to 1990, earning a Higher National Diploma in Nautical Studies. Following this, Paul went on to study at the University of Paisley from 1991 to 1995, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Land Economics.
