Michelle Mueller is Star Tribune’s senior vice president of human resources, with responsibility for all of the company’s talent management initiatives. She oversees all company strategies, policies, and programs to recruit and retain a world-class team for the emerging digital-centric world. Mueller is a 25-year HR veteran with experience in leading organizations through large-scale global transformations, increasing employee engagement, and spearheading change initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served in a range of talent-management capacities for Thomson Reuters and Delta Air Lines/Northwest Airlines. Mueller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth.
