Anna Baldovin has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and learning & development. Anna has worked at STAR7 since July 2015, where Anna has been involved in talent strategy, team management, organizational change, and HR project leadership. Prior to that, Anna worked at Pininfarina as an HR Specialist focusing on recruiting, training, and development. Anna also held positions at Norauto Italia as an HR Assistant and Michelin as a Training and Development Intern. Anna holds a Master's degree in HR Psychology and I/O Psychology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
