Nathan Niebergall

Nathan Niebergall is a longtime Bay Area Resident who was raised in a commercial real estate family. After graduating from San Francisco State University, where he studied Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Nathan went on to create and run two of his own businesses in the hospitality industry.

Son and Grandson to real estate developers, Nathan answered the call to follow in the family's footsteps -- pursuing commercial real estate. Prior to joining Starboard, Nathan sold luxury real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty in San Francisco and Marin Counties.

Nathan has over 15 years of experience in client relations, having worked with private equity firms, re-development companies, and executives from international and local companies.

His approach to Real Estate combines his personable nature with business savvy learned from years of running successful businesses.
