Althea Williams possesses extensive experience in human resources and management across several industries, particularly in the fitness and service sectors. Currently serving as a National Senior Human Resources Associate at Starbucks since July 2019, Althea previously held roles as District Manager at both Starbucks and Starbucks Coffee Canada, contributing to organizational success through strategic HR and operational management. Prior to joining Starbucks, Althea worked at GoodLife Fitness, progressing from General Manager to Regional Manager for both Group Exercise and Personal Training Departments, and overseeing significant function-driven results and team development. Additionally, Althea's earlier role as a Human Resources Advisor at Booth Centennial Healthcare Linen Services involved payroll and benefits administration.
