George Vollkommer

George Vollkommer is a seasoned culinary professional with a strong background in product development and research. Currently serving as a Senior Product Developer at Starbucks since July 2017, George previously worked as a Culinary Scientist at Pilot R+D, where responsibilities included conducting scientific research, recipe management, and developing custom systems to meet client needs. Earlier roles span various prestigious establishments, including Chef De Partie at L2O and internships at Noma and Mattson. George holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary Science and an Associate in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts, both from The Culinary Institute of America.
