Leslie Hampel

Leslie Hampel serves as the Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at Starbucks, leading the executive leadership team's effectiveness in business transformation and directing a $4 billion annual strategic plan. Previously, Leslie held various leadership roles at Starbucks, including Regional Vice President of Retail Operations for Northern California, overseeing 700+ locations generating $1.5 billion in sales, and Vice President of Operations, Labor, Data, and Technology, managing $5 billion in labor spending across the US and Canada. Additional experience includes directorial roles at Coach, MRM//McCann, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as serving on the board of Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada. Leslie holds an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Ohio University.
