Xiang (Daniel) Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the media and advertising industry. Xiang (Daniel) most recently served as the Vice President, Director of Media Strategy and Planning at Starcom. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Addressable Strategy & Activation at Matterkind, where they oversaw strategic programmatic campaigns for a wide range of clients. Xiang also worked at engage:BDR, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Programmatic and Inventory Quality, Director of Yield Management & Ad Operations, Senior Campaign Manager, and Campaign Manager. Earlier in their career, Xiang worked as a Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap.

Xiang (Daniel) Chen completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Project Management at Shandong University in 2009. In the same year, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same institution. In 2009-2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Finance at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. From 2022-2022, they engaged in an international exchange program at Melbourne Business School, focusing on Brand Management. Currently, Xiang is pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UCLA, with an expected completion date in 2024.
