Adam Cadman

Adam Cadman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Adam began their career as a Consultant at Accenture, where they gained experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Adam then joined O2 UK, starting as a Solution Designer and eventually becoming a Lead Solution Designer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and delivering marketing-driven initiatives that contributed to revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction. Adam also served as a Reference Data Manager, ensuring billing accuracy and resolving billing faults.

After their time at O2 UK, Adam joined Telefonica as a Business Intelligence Architect. Adam played a crucial role in driving capability evolution across the enterprise, overseeing BI services such as analytics, reporting, and real-time decision-making. Adam provided thought leadership, defined roadmaps, and managed partner and stakeholder relationships.

Following their tenure at Telefonica, Adam worked at Sky Betting & Gaming as a Principal Data Architect. Adam led a team of Data Solution Architects and was responsible for creating a multi-tenant Big Data Analytics and MI reporting platform. Adam also deployed streaming data and big data analytics solutions using Kafka architecture.

Adam then joined ENGIE as a Solutions Architect, where they focused on designing and implementing data capabilities.

Currently, Adam is the Director of Product Development for Data at StarCompliance.

Adam Cadman's education history begins in 1990 when they attended Lindsey Secondary School. Adam completed their GCSE's, earning 10 grades between A and C, as well as earning an additional 3 for the Young Enterprise Scheme.

After completing their secondary education, Adam attended Cleethorpes Sixth Form from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they pursued A-levels in Mathematics, Business, and English Literature.

Following their time at Cleethorpes Sixth Form, Adam went on to attend Keele University from 1997 to 2000. At Keele, they pursued a BSc Dual Honours degree in Computer Science and Management Science.

In addition to their formal education, Adam Cadman has also obtained several certifications. These certifications include ISEB Enterprise and Solution Architecture Practitioner, TOGAF 9 Certified Professional, and Teradata v12 Certified Associate.
