Alyssa Finkelstein, MS UXD

Alyssa Finkelstein, MS UXD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alyssa began their career as a NinerTech Computer Store Sales Associate at UNC Charlotte, where they provided professional customer service and handled point of sale transactions. Alyssa then worked as a Movement Intern at Allegro Foundation...a Champion for Children with Disabilities, assisting teachers in classes and working one-on-one with children to help them engage in activities.

Following this, Alyssa worked as a Central Technician at Greater Charlotte Oral & Facial Surgery, where they assisted during surgeries, sterilized instruments, and maintained office cleanliness. Alyssa then joined ETHIX360 as a Product Marketing Manager for CaseTrac, creating prototypes and coordinating with the design and development team to improve product features. Alyssa later assumed the role of Director of Product Management at ETHIX360, managing the production of all company products, designing wireframes and prototypes, and translating product roadmap features into well-defined requirements.

Currently, Alyssa holds the position of Product Owner at StarCompliance.

Alyssa Finkelstein, MS UXD, began their education at Cuthbertson High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, from 2014 to 2018. Alyssa then went on to attend Kent State University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in User Experience Design from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Alyssa has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became an Adobe Certified Associate in Video Communication Using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 from Adobe Systems. Recently, in January 2023, they obtained a certification in SEO from HubSpot Academy.
