Fernand Molenschot

Fernand Molenschot is the Managing Director and co-owner of StarCuisine, a kitchen specializing in high-quality tailor-made ready meals and meal-components for retail and foodservice, with a focus on Oriental, Mediterranean, and World Cuisine. Fernand is also the Co-Founder of V2C Spirits, specifically V2C Dutch Dry Gin. Prior to these roles, Fernand has had a rich history in project management, marketing services, and product management within various companies such as Amsterdam RAI, Floriade, and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. Fernand holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BA in Hospitality/Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht.
