Simon Ernesto Cardenas Zarate

Simon Ernesto Cardenas Zarate has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Simon Ernesto started their career as a Student Intern at CERN in May 2015, where they worked for two months. Following this, they joined CCTVal as a System Administrator in January 2015 and held the position till December 2015.

In 2016, Simon had two different roles. First, they interned at ALMA Observatory from January to March and gained valuable experience as a Student Intern. Later, they joined Nestlé as a Business Analyst in October 2016 and worked until August 2017.

In 2018, Simon joined Function Point as a DevOps Engineer and played a crucial role in the company's operations and development for two years, until March 2020.

Currently, Simon is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Stardog, where they began their tenure in March 2020.

Simon Ernesto Cardenas Zarate attended Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 2009 to 2016, where they studied Computer Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional from Amazon Web Services in September 2019, AWS Certified Developer Associate from Amazon Web Services in March 2018, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate from Amazon Web Services in July 2018, Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in May 2021, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in October 2017.
