Matthew Giromini

Matthew Giromini has had a varied career in the engineering field. Matthew began their career in 2014 as a Fixed Equipment Engineering Co-op at ExxonMobil, where they were responsible for driving multiple projects to completion with a focus on regulation compliance and unit improvements. In 2015, they became a Machinery Engineer at ExxonMobil, where they were responsible for overseeing reliability improvements and daily monitoring/troubleshooting of rotating equipment within multiple business units in the Intermediates and Aromatics Dept. and multiple LDPE production lines. In 2019, they moved to Starfire Energy, where they have held the positions of Systems Architecture Manager, Engineering Lead, Reactor Engineer, and Research Engineer.

Matthew Giromini received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida between 2010 and 2015.
