Karen Roback

Karen Roback has a diverse work experience in the field of early childhood education and strategy. Karen worked at Starfish Family Services from 2014 to the present, starting as the VP of Early Childhood Strategy and later moving up to VP of Strategy & Innovation. Karen currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to Starfish Family Services, Karen worked at the Early Childhood Investment Corporation as the Senior Director of Early Learning Innovation from 2006 to 2014. Before that, they served as the Director of Lenawee's CHILD at the Lenawee Intermediate School District from 2001 to 2006.

Karen Roback has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Early Childhood Education, Policy from the University of Michigan. Karen also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Early Childhood, Mathematics, and Science from Eastern Michigan University.
