Tim Farr

Tim Farr is an experienced professional who has held various roles in recruitment and executive interim management within the public sector. Tim currently serves as the Senior Partner at Starfish Search, where Tim leads the Local Government Executive Interim practice. Prior to their current role, Tim was the Director of Public Sector at Penna, overseeing a team across a range of services in Local Government and Housing. Tim's career also includes roles at Badenoch & Clark UK, where Tim held positions as a Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant. Tim holds a BA in History from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in International Business from Nottingham University Business School. Tim attended St Paul's School in London for their secondary education.
